If you have tried to reset your pin to log in to your Library account and not received an email, this is probably because the email address entered doesn't match the email address on your account. Try a different email address (most people register with their work email address so try this one first).
If it still won't send you an email to reset your pin, it may be that your email address has been entered incorrectly onto the system. Contact the Library (via email or the LibChat feature).
