You can borrow up to 8 books at a time for 28 days but these can be renewed twice more as long as no one else has requested them. Journals cannot be borrowed. Games can be borrowed for 7 days.
If you want to borrow a book when there are no library staff around, please fill in the Self-Service sheet next to the printer: write down your name or library barcode, and the inside barcodes of the books you are borrowing. The alarm will go off when you leave but just ignore it if you have filled out the details.
To renew a book, either contact the Library or set up your Library account via the catalogue and renew them online.
You can search for books via the Catalogue. If there is a book you want that is on loan, you can place a reservation by contacting the library, or if it is urgent, we can request it from another library. If we don't have the book you want, let us know and we can either request it from another library or look into purchasing a copy.
