Firstly have you changed Trust since the last time you used OpenAthens? If so you will need to ask your library team to check whether you can move your previous username across from your previous Trust.
Has it been two years since you last logged in to OpenAthens, if so your account may have expired and been deleted in this case you would need to set up a new account here https://openathens.nice.org.uk/.
If you are not sure, then please contact the library who can see whether you are on the system, transfer you if needed or reset your password. We can also help in activating the account if you’ve not done this.
