If you have not yet received an email confirming your OpenAthens account, there are a few reasons this might have happened:
- You might have put an incorrect email when registering
- The email might have gone into your Spam folder
- If you have registered with a personal email, the account will need to be approved by an administrator before it is confirmed.
Contact your library team if you still haven't received a confirmation email and they can look into it for you.
