You can access water from the canteen on the ground floor of the TEC. Alternatively there is a kitchen on the first floor which has drinking water.
To access the kitchen, go out of the main entrance of the library and turn left. Head down the corridor towards the Kennet and Avon rooms, and on the right hand side is a small corridor with toilets and the kitchen.
